Beth is now in her room, Younkers 523. She's awake, drowsy and in a bit of pain. My advice would be to make contact tomorrow or Sunday with her. I'm leaving here soon so that she can continue to rest and recover.
So glad to know that it is over, there were no surprises, and that Beth has "landed" in a room. People tell me they barely remember the day of surgery, but the day after they feel pretty crummy. Will shoot for trying to connect on Sunday after my weekend company departs. Thanks for the updates during the day! Glad this much is over!
